This grapefruit brûlée takes 5 minutes and looks like it belongs on a brunch menu. Tangy, juicy grapefruit with a crackly caramelized sugar top...it’s simple, stunning, and absolutely worth the torch.

How to make it:

Halve each grapefruit crosswise and cut a thin slice off the bottom to stabilize
Remove all seeds and loosen segments with a paring knife
Sprinkle each half evenly with sugar
Torch until golden brown and crispy
Breakfast, brunch, or dessert, this one does it all.

🧄 Garlic confit sounds fancy but couldn’t be simpl 🧄 Garlic confit sounds fancy but couldn’t be simpler...soft, golden, sweet garlic cloves swimming in herb-infused olive oil. Spread it on warm, crispy sourdough and you’ve got something that feels restaurant-worthy!

✨ TWO WAYS TO SERVE ✨

🍞 THE CLASSIC Smashed garlic confit on warm toast + flaky sea salt 

🧀 THE ELEVATED Herb goat cheese as the base → garlic confit on top → flaky salt, cracked pepper, fresh herbs 

🔥 FLAVOR BOOST IDEAS • Drizzle with hot honey • Add burrata on top • Finish with lemon zest • Add roasted cherry tomatoes • Sprinkle with red pepper flakes

Save this for later — you’ll thank yourself 📌

GARLIC CONFIT 2 heads garlic (peeled) • 1 cup @graza olive oil • 2–3 thyme sprigs • ½ tsp sea salt • black pepper

Submerge garlic in oil in an oven-safe dish. Add thyme, salt, pepper. Bake at 250°F for 60–75 min until golden, soft, and easily mashed.

TOAST Sourdough with olive oil.

💡 STORAGE TIP: Store leftover garlic confit in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
