Dole Whip Popsicles
Ingredients
- 1-2 tbsp Lime juiced
- 1½ cups chopped Pineapple fresh or frozen
- ½- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Purée lime juice, pineapple, coconut milk and honey in a blender on high until smooth. Add more or less of each ingredient to taste.
- Pour pineapple mixture into ice pop molds and freeze at least 5 hours or up to overnight.
- Run molds under warm water for 10 seconds to release popsicles.
- Enjoy!
