Reese Witherspoon Green Smoothie Recipe

by Gina Dal Molin

Reese Witherspoon seems to always be glowing and happy so when I came across her favorite green smoothie recipe, I had to try it out.

This famous green smoothie is originally from Kimberly Snyder, a nutritionist and favorite celebrity wellness guru in LA. Reese Witherspoon, Kerry Washington, and Chris Hemsworth all claim to drink this smoothie every day, so if this smoothie gives them their healthy glow, sign me up!

This smoothie is full of essential vitamins, minerals and tons of fiber to help our bodies eliminate all the bad stuff. 😉

I truly believe food is medicine, so here the awesome celebrity-loved green smoothie recipe to add to your smoothie arsenal. The great thing about smoothies is you can adjust them to your taste, as long as it contains at least 70% greens.

For a nutritional boost, try adding some of my favorite super foods like hemp hearts, collagen powder, bee pollen or any nut butters for some protein. I use my Vitamix, it is the best blender and can literally blend anything.

I’m a big fan of this Reese Witherspoon green smoothie recipe, it’s a healthy smoothie loaded with greens that actually tastes good so give it a try!
