I’ve always admired Kourtney Kardashian for her commitment to living a natural and healthy lifestyle. So when she became pregnant again with her 4th child, I was curious to see what this health conscious momma would be packing in her hospital bag.
Kourtney asked all of the mammas in her life to help curate this list of the best of the best items. She packed 3 bags, one for her, one for baby and then a third for miscellaneous items (some items are wild lol).
For all the mommas to be out there, you and your baby deserve the best and I know Kourtney Kardashian always has the best of the best, so I’m excited to share what’s inside Kourtney’s hospital bag.
Kourtney’s Hospital Bag
PJ’s: Skims pajamas and button up pajamas for breastfeeding. She is obviously a fan of her sister’s clothing line but I think these button up pajamas are the best 😉
Toiletry Bag: Included Stretch Mark Cream, Nipple + Lip Balm, Belly Oil & Nipple Butter
Arnica Montana: This homeopathic remedy was recommended by nutritionist Leona West, who claims taking it right away can help speed up healing and east discomfort.
Disposable Black Undies: prefers black over the white ones the hospital gives out, they make her feel more comfortable
Cozy socks & Compression socks
High Waisted Postpartum Underwear: helps to get organs back in the right place
Going Home Outfit (joggers and zip hoodie)
Surya Custom Spa Mama Baby Oil: Kourtney is obsessed because it’s made with special herbs, milks, and oils that are helpful for recovery.
Milkmaid Tea: helps milk production, if needed
Colostrum: Leona suggests taking around three months after giving birth, as it can be very nourishing during the initial hormonal and physiological transition
Collagen: Great for recovery and healthy hair
Deluxe Cold Packs: these can help with healing after vaginal delivery
Baby’s Hospital Bag:
Car seat: *to be installed in advance
Extra outfits with matching swaddle blankets and hats: Kourtney used a seam ripper to remove all the tags beforehand
Miscellaneous Bag:
Cord Blood Kit: umbilical cord blood contains tons of stem cells, and those cells are a perfect match for the baby—collecting and storing the blood means it could be used to help treat certain health conditions if they arise.
Placenta Encapsulation Kit: the placenta is full of nutrients, and ingesting it is thought to help with healing after giving birth. This type of kit helps turn your placenta into pills you can swallow.
While Kourtney has Goyard designer duffle bags, this neoprene bag is just as cool.
I hope this helps your hospital bag packing because whew, babies need a lot of stuff.
