These homemade wellness shots are one of my favori These homemade wellness shots are one of my favorite weekly rituals. Instead of buying expensive juice bar shots, I make a batch at home using my Nama Cold Press Juicer and keep them in the fridge for the week.

They’re bright, earthy, slightly spicy from ginger, naturally sweet from apples and carrots, and packed with ingredients known for their anti-inflammatory and immune-supporting benefits 🍎🥕🫚🫜

Juice together:

• 4–5 apples
• 10 carrots
