No fancy tools needed. Use silicone molds if you have them, or just pour into a glass dish and slice into squares. Comment “RECIPE” and I’ll send over the exact tools and ingredients 👌🏼

@gaiaherbs Elderberry Syrup 🌿

@perfectsupplements Gelatin ✨

Elderberry Gummies Recipe:
1/2 cup unsweetened or lightly sweetened elderberry syrup
1 1/2 cups tart cherry juice
1/4 cup raw honey or pure maple syrup
4 tbsp grass fed gelatin powder
Pinch of ground cinnamon (or ginger for warmth)

Instructions:
Pour cherry juice and elderberry syrup into a saucepan. Sprinkle gelatin on top and let bloom for 10 minutes.
Gently heat over medium low, stirring until gelatin is fully dissolved. Do not boil.
Remove from heat and whisk in honey and cinnamon or ginger.
Pour into molds or a glass dish and refrigerate for 2 hours until firm.
Pop out or slice into squares and store in the fridge up to 2 weeks.
