Tart Cherry & Chamomile Vanilla Sleep Gummies

If bedtime had a signature candy, these would be it.
These beautiful layered Tart Cherry & Chamomile Vanilla Sleep Gummies combine a bright, fruity tart cherry layer with a creamy chamomile vanilla layer for a nighttime treat that feels equal parts nostalgic and functional.
Unlike many wellness gummies that taste overly sweet or medicinal, these are genuinely delicious. The tart cherry brings a juicy pop of flavor while the chamomile adds a subtle floral note that feels calming and sophisticated.
Whether you’re looking to create a relaxing nighttime routine or simply want a healthier homemade alternative to store-bought gummies, these are about to become your new favorite evening treat.
The Health Benefits Of Each Ingredient
Tart Cherry Juice
Tart cherry juice has become incredibly popular in the wellness world because it naturally contains melatonin, the hormone involved in regulating your body’s sleep-wake cycle.
It also provides antioxidants and gives these gummies their gorgeous ruby-red color and bright fruity flavor.
Chamomile Tea
Chamomile has been enjoyed for centuries as a soothing herbal tea.
Its gentle floral flavor creates a calming, cozy experience that feels perfectly suited for an evening ritual.
Gelatin
Gelatin is the unsung hero of this recipe.
Not only does it create that classic chewy gummy texture, but it’s also rich in amino acids including glycine and provides a simple source of protein.
Vanilla & Honey
A touch of vanilla and honey rounds out the flavors and transforms these gummies from “healthy” tasting into something that feels like a special treat.
Optional Variations
- Deep Sleep Version: Add magnesium glycinate powder to the chamomile layer.
- Beauty Sleep Version: Mix collagen peptides into either layer.
- Fancy Version: Dust the finished gummies with freeze-dried cherry powder.
- Citrus Twist: Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice to the tart cherry layer.
When To Enjoy Them
Enjoy 2–4 gummies about 30–60 minutes before bed as part of a relaxing evening routine.
Pair them with:
- a warm shower
- herbal tea
- reading a book
- dim lighting & blue blockers
- a calming skincare routine
Your future self will thank you.
