The Erewhon Sabrina Carpenter Smoothie Made Easy & Affordable
Erewhon smoothies have taken the wellness world by storm, fueled by their celebrity partnerships and reputation for high-quality, nutrient-packed ingredients. Known for their celebrity-inspired blends like the Sabrina Carpenter Smoothie, Erewhon has become a hotspot for health-conscious foodies looking for delicious yet functional drinks.
This smoothie is all about vibrant, tropical flavors and a powerful blend of ingredients that will have you feeling energized, glowing, and ready to take on the day. I tried it for myself, and I’m hooked! I made a couple tweaks to make it more affordable and approachable…you’re welcome 😉
The Ingredients & Affordable Swaps
This delicious smoothie is packed with nutrient-dense superfoods that not only taste amazing but also support your overall health. Here’s the full list of ingredients for Sabrina’s go-to smoothie from Erewhon plus the tweaks I made for my copycat version:
- Vanilla Oat Milk – A dairy-free option that provides a creamy texture and a touch of natural sweetness.
*I use Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk because I’m not a big fan of oat milk but use your milk of choice - Organic Coconut Water – A hydrating base packed with electrolytes, perfect for replenishing and keeping you refreshed.
*I use Pineapple Coconut Water for extra tropical flavor - Agent Nateur Holi(mane) – Marine collagen helps support healthy skin, joints, and hair for that healthy, youthful glow!
*I use Truvani Marine Collagen because it’s a great replacement and not $100!! - KOS Organic Blue Spirulina Powder – This superfood is packed with antioxidants, boosts energy, and gives the smoothie a vibrant blue color.
- Nate’s Organic Honey – A touch of honey adds natural sweetness and has antibacterial properties that benefit your immune system.
- Frozen Organic Mango – Sweet and creamy, mangoes are loaded with vitamins A and C, which help boost immunity and promote healthy skin.
*You could simplify and skip the mango - Frozen Organic Pineapple – Rich in antioxidants and bromelain, pineapple supports digestion, reduces inflammation, and adds a refreshing tropical flavor.
- Tocos – A superfood made from the rice bran layer of brown rice. It’s rich in a specific form of vitamin E called tocotrienols, which are known for their potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
*I skipped this not very common ingredient, although is it very healthy and amazing for the skin if you do want to splurge. - Vanilla Collagen – A type of collagen that supports skin elasticity and hydration from the inside out.
*I use Truvani Vanilla Protein Powder since we already have the marine collagen. - Organic Dates – A natural sweetener that’s rich in fiber and essential minerals, giving you a natural boost without the sugar crash.
- Coconut Cream – Adds a rich, creamy texture and healthy fats that nourish your skin and give you sustained energy.
- Organic Strawberries – For a burst of fresh, antioxidant rich fruit.
This Smoothie Is Super Healthy

- Antioxidant Boost 💪🫐: The pineapple, mango, and spirulina provide tons of antioxidants that fight off free radicals, boost your immune system, and reduce inflammation.
- Energy and Digestion ⚡🍍: This smoothie is a great pick-me-up thanks to the natural sugars in the fruit and the digestive benefits of pineapple and dates. Plus, the coconut water helps replenish your body after a workout.
- Fullness and Recovery 💚: With the healthy fats from coconut cream and the protein from collagen, this smoothie helps keep you full and supports muscle recovery. It’s perfect after a workout or as a filling breakfast.

What I love most about this smoothie is how balanced it is—it hits all the marks for hydration, energy, and skin health. The tropical flavors make it feel like a mini vacation in a glass, and the added bonus of collagen makes it a perfect beauty smoothie. Plus, the spirulina gives it that extra nutrient punch AND makes it so beautiful, which I’m always here for!
