These Boozy Apple Cider Slushies are the ultimate fall cocktail; cool, cozy, and bursting with real apple flavor. Made with frozen apple cider cubes instead of ice, a splash of bourbon, and Fall spices, they’re perfectly balanced between crisp and comforting.

Ingredients

  • 2–3 oz Bourbon spiced rum, or apple whiskey (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 cups frozen apple cider cubes
  • Splash of apple cider to help blend

Garnish

  • Cinnamon sugar rim optional
  • Apple slices or dried apple chips optional
  • Fresh rosemary or a cinnamon stick optional

Instructions

  • Pour apple cider into an ice cube tray and freeze for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  • In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen cider cubes, bourbon (or rum), cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and a splash of apple cider. Blend until smooth and slushy.
  • Add more cider for a lighter texture or an extra cube or two for a thicker, frosty drink.
  • Rim glasses with cinnamon sugar, pour in your slushie, and garnish with apple slices and a cinnamon stick.
