Prep Your Bread: Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of each bread slice.
Assemble the Sandwich: On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer brie slices and spread the blueberry jam on top. Close the sandwich with the other bread slice, buttered side facing out.
Cook: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the sandwich in the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side, until the bread is golden brown and the brie is melted.
Serve: Slice in half and enjoy warm. Perfect with a side of mixed greens
