Butter an 8 x 8 baking dish
Next add the butter to a large pot and brown the butter over medium heat, stirring constantly, until a deep golden brown color (about 5 minutes)
Remove from the heat and add in your marshmallows, stirring until melted
Then add in your pistachio spread, vanilla and salt until melted and combined
Add your rice crisps and work quickly and mix well
Press the mixture into your prepared dish
Set aside while you melt your chocolate and Pistakio spread in 20 second increments in the microwave (or you could use a double boiler to melt the chocolate), stirring between each go around. *Be extra cautious, as white chocolate could burn if too high heat in the microwave*
Spread evenly over the treats and top with chopped pistachios
Let the chocolate set completely before slicing or enjoy right away for a ooey gooey treat!
