Copycat Blue Gatorade

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Coconut water
  • 2-3 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Blue spirulina powder
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup (or honey)
  • ¼ tsp Sea salt or pink Himalayan salt
  • ½ cup Pineapple juice optional for additional sweetness
  • ¼ tsp Magnesium powder optional
  • 1 tsp Creatine powder optional

Instructions

  • In a large pitcher, whisk the blue spirulina powder into the coconut water until fully dissolved.
  • Add white grape juice, lemon juice, honey or maple syrup, and salt.
  • Stir or whisk until the honey is fully dissolved.
  • Chill in the fridge or serve over ice.
  • Stir before pouring, blue spirulina can settle naturally.
