Copycat Orange Gatorade

This healthy copycat Orange Gatorade is easy to make, naturally sweet, and ideal for workouts, hot days, or post-yoga hydration.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Coconut water
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice about 2–3 oranges
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp sea salt or pink Himalayan salt
  • Optional: ¼ tsp magnesium citrate powder

Instructions

  • Juice the Citrus: Squeeze oranges and lemon, straining seeds or excess pulp.
  • Mix & Dissolve: In a large jar or pitcher, mix coconut water, juices, maple syrup, and salt until completely dissolved.
  • Taste & Adjust: You want a light sweet-salty balance. Add a drizzle more honey or a pinch of salt if needed.
  • Chill & Sip: Refrigerate or pour over ice for a refreshing, post-workout drink.
