Gelatin Gummies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Juice
  • 4 scoops of Perfect Supplements Bovine Gelatin (equals 4 Tbsp)
  • 1/4 sweetener of choice I use honey

Instructions

  • Place Juice in saucepan and sprinkle the gelatin on top and let the gelatin bloom for 10 minutes (it will looks spongy).
  • Gently heat the mixture over medium low heat while stirring until the gelatin in completely dissolved.
  • Remove from the heat and add honey until completely incorporated.
  • Pour the mixture into a glass dish (skim off bubbles with a spoon) or silicone gummy molds.
  • Refrigerate at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  • Pop gummies out of molds or cut into small squares if using a pan.
  • Enjoy!
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

*Vegan Option: Use agar agar (follow package instructions) instead of gelatin.
