*Substitute coffee liquor, Rum, Amaretto or Vanilla extract for no alcohol

Instructions
Line a 9 x 13 baking dish with parchment paper or coat with butter
In a large Dutch oven, melt the mascarpone, butter, espresso powder, and cocoa over medium heat.
Stirring constantly until everything is melted together.
Add the marshmallows and Marsala wine until everything is melted and evenly incorporated.
Remove from heat and add the rice cereal.
Quickly transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press down into an even layer. *Butter your hands or use the butter wrapper
Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes to an hour.
Sprinkle some cocoa powder into a fine mesh sieve and tap over the treats for the signature Tiramisu look.
Cut into 16 bars and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container and can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days.
