Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond milk
  • 1 cup Frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup Granola Purely Elizabeth grain free almond or Blueberry
  • 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Almond butter
  • 1/2-2 cups Ice
  • 1 Tsp Bee Pollen optional
  • 1 Tbs Hemp seeds optional

Instructions

  • Blend milk and any protein powders first till smooth
  • Add the rest of ingredients and Enjoy!

Sub your choice of milk – My favorite is Califia Organic Unsweetened Almond milk or Malk Organic Unsweetened Almond milk
