Greek Yogurt

Greek yogurt adds moisture, tenderness, and protein while helping create a soft crumb.

Fresh Lemon Juice + Zest

Using both gives these muffins a true lemon flavor that tastes fresh and vibrant rather than artificial.

Maple Syrup

Maple syrup adds subtle sweetness while keeping the texture soft and moist.
