- 2-3 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Blue spirulina powder
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup (or honey)
- ¼ tsp Sea salt or pink Himalayan salt
- ½ cup Pineapple juice optional for additional sweetness
- ¼ tsp Magnesium powder optional
- 1 tsp Creatine powder optional
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, whisk the blue spirulina powder into the coconut water until fully dissolved.
- Add white grape juice, lemon juice, honey or maple syrup, and salt.
