Ingredients

Batch Mango Syrup

  • 3 cups diced ripe mango fresh or frozen
  • ⅓ – ½ cup honey or sugar adjust to taste
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 – 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • Pinch sea salt

Matcha Latte

  • 1 cup + 1/4 cup Water divided
  • 2 tsp Matcha
  • 1/2 cup Whole milk or milk of choice

Instructions

Batch Mango Syrup

  • In a saucepan, combine: mango, sweetener, and water then bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
  • Cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring and mashing the mango as it softens.
