Iced Mango Matcha Latte

A creamy, refreshing iced mango matcha latte made with a homemade batch mango syrup. This easy, café-style drink is naturally sweet, vibrant, and perfect for spring and summer. Prep the syrup ahead for quick, delicious drinks all week long.

Ingredients

Batch Mango Syrup

  • 3 cups diced ripe mango fresh or frozen
  • ⅓ - ½ cup honey or sugar adjust to taste
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • Pinch sea salt

Matcha Latte

  • 1 cup + 1/4 cup Water divided
  • 2 tsp Matcha
  • 1/2 cup Whole milk or milk of choice

Instructions

Batch Mango Syrup

  • In a saucepan, combine: mango, sweetener, and water then bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
  • Cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring and mashing the mango as it softens.
  • Remove from heat and add: Lime juice and a pinch of salt then blend until smooth using a blender.
  • Let cool completely, then transfer to a jar (Store in the fridge for up to 5–7 days.)

Assemble Matcha Latte

  • Add 1/4 cup of the mango syrup to the bottom of a glass.
  • Fill the glass with ice then pour the milk on top.
  • In another glass or bowl add the matcha powder and pour in 1/4 cup warm water and use a matcha whisk to whisk briskly to mix or use a milk frother to mix together.
  • Pour the matcha on top of the milk layer and revel in the beautiful layers.
  • Stir together until everything is mixed well and enjoy!
