In a saucepan, combine: mango, sweetener, and water then bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
Cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring and mashing the mango as it softens.
Remove from heat and add: Lime juice and a pinch of salt then blend until smooth using a blender.
Let cool completely, then transfer to a jar (Store in the fridge for up to 5–7 days.)
