Wash the limes thoroughly. Cut off both ends then quarter each lime.
In a high-powered blender combine: quartered limes, fresh cherries, cold water and pinch of sea salt
Blend on high for only 10–15 seconds. Don't blend longer.
Pour through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher and press gently to extract the liquid.
Discard the pulp.
Return the strained juice to the blender then add: sweetened condensed milk and ice. Blend for 10–15 seconds, just until frothy.
Pour into ice-filled glasses. Garnish with: lime wheel and mint.
Serve immediately while the drink is cold and foamy.
