1and 1/2 cups heavy creamhalf & half or whole milk (*I use whole milk)
2Tbsppumpkin puree*Not the pumpkin pie puree
2Tbspmaple syrup
1and 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2cinnamon sticks
Instructions
In a small saucepan whisk together heavy cream, pumpkin, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice and mix over medium heat
Add cinnamon sticks and increase heat to medium-high
Bring to a boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat and let cool in the pan for 5 minutes before using in your coffee
Add your desired amount of creamer and any sugar or simple sugar to your coffee at your desired sweetness level
Top it with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice to replicate the classic PSL
Notes
Store the leftover creamer (take out the cinnamon sticks) in a tightly sealing jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 week & make sure to shake well before using.
