Measure out 2 tsp matcha powder and 2 oz of water at room temperature (cold water is fine as well) into a mason jar.
Cap the jar and shake thoroughly to obtain a thick and even mix.
Uncap the bottle and add 7 oz of milk with 1 tsp of honey (you can also use powdered brown sugar)
Cap the jar again and gently shake to mix well.
Pour the latte mix over a cup of ice and enjoy!
