- Dutch oven (My favorite marbled color)
- Spatula
- 9 x 13 baking dish
- Fine mesh sieve
- Mascarpone cheese
- Butter
- Instant espresso powder
- Cocoa powder (plus more for dusting) – always try and use Organic since cocoa beans are heavily sprayed with pesticides
- Mini marshmallows
- Marsala wine (or use coffee liqueur like Kahlua, Amaretto, rum, or vanilla extract for alcohol-free)
- Crispy rice cereal (organic)

Tiramisu Rice Krispy Treats
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Mascarpone
- 4 Tbsp Unsalted butter
- 1 Tbsp Instant Espresso powder
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder + more for garnish
- 20 oz Mini Marshmallows
- 3 Tbsp Marsala wine *Substitute coffee liquor, Rum, Amaretto or Vanilla extract for no alcohol
- 13 1/2 cups Rice cereal
Instructions
- Line a 9 x 13 baking dish with parchment paper or coat with butter
- In a large Dutch oven, melt the mascarpone, butter, espresso powder, and cocoa over medium heat.
- Stirring constantly until everything is melted together.
- Add the marshmallows and Marsala wine until everything is melted and evenly incorporated.
- Remove from heat and add the rice cereal.
- Quickly transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press down into an even layer. *Butter your hands or use the butter wrapper
- Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes to an hour.
- Sprinkle some cocoa powder into a fine mesh sieve and tap over the treats for the signature Tiramisu look.
- Cut into 16 bars and enjoy!
